A couple of months ago I placed an order for Late Romans from the Isarus Range. I received the order and verified that I received everything that I ordered (which was complete.) I did not take a close look at the figures at the time and when I did I discovered an issue with the LRC7 figures that I ordered. The mounted trooper figures that I received are not presently available in your catalog.
My question is about the LRC7 trooper. The figure shown in the picture on your site is an armored trooper with an oval shield. The figure that I received was an unarmored trooper with a round shield. Can I still get the armored figure with the oval shield as shown?
Also, is it possible just to order horses? I ask because I was looking for the trooper figures I received but that aren't listed on your website, however, the old TTG figures came with the unarmored horse figures you sell with the Goth cavalry on the website.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you about these two questions. Thanks, you do a great job!

I thought I answered an email from you on these points, perhaps not. Ok, lets get into the questions.
1. Due to the pandemic our 'skeleton working' means no staff meet thus mold making or production or office or photos or web etc. I am admin and I was not aware that this figure had been remolded. The Oval Shield is LRC7 but the unarmoured one is going out under the same code. Yes, you can get the oval shield. When placing your order note that and I will ensure it happens until the site is updated.
2. Yes ordering horses can be arranged. The horses used by the last Goth code (all others are one piece models) is the same horse used by the Late Romans. The only separate horses are the late roman ones. There is a Light Horse, a Heavy Horse, a Clib Armoured Horse and a Cataphract Armoured Horse. Just now all you need to do is place an order for any mounted figure and we will supply TWO horses of your choice instead. Put this in your order notes or in an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
I hope these answers assist and thank you we do our best.
